How to root Lava Iris 405

These are the instructions to root Lava Iris 405 smartphone (running on android 4.2) using Framaroot Application on Phone itself (this procedure does not need computer).

Requirements: Your Lava Iris 405 smartphone should have atleast 10-20 percent of battery to perform the rooting process.
